"Nate and his team are AWESOME. My son was in town and had an older Ford Focus with weird transmission that needed to be fixed. We had a tight timeline as he was moving 9 hours away. The guys set a schedule and made it happen. They stayed a bit after hours on a Friday to make sure we could get it and get him on the road. And for all that, they came in under estimate. I have been using them for several years after moving nearby - I won't go anywhere else. THANKS!!!!"

"I was stranded at a local area park and had my vehicle towed to Certified, I had no previous experience with the shop. Shop Owner Nate personally called me the next day and texted me complete diagnosis with detailed pics. Stacey at the shop was awesome as well. Truck got fixed quickly and I will return to them again. "Needed professional help identifying a strange vibration I couldn't pinpoint. This was my first experience at Certified Auto and I'm very pleased. They were super easy to work with and listened to my needs and concerns. Along with diagnosing the issue, they planned out what it would take to repair but did not pressure me. I ended up not doing the repair (yet) but it was clear they were ready and able when it's time. Great customer service and professionalism. They will be my first stop for my next repair. Also doesn't hurt that they're a AAA Approved repair center."

"After we decided not to put in a rebuilt transmission, Mark was kind enough to tell me that if I procured my own transmission, they would install it for the cost of labor. That was a really good deal to me. Don’t wanna drop one of those on my chest. Pleased with the workmanship and the feel I got from the shop."

"Highly recommend this place for any car issues or concerns. Went to them because I noticed a loud humming noise while driving coming from the tire area, took it to them and they did a full inspection to find the issue and within 3 hours they let me know that all I needed were another set of tires as the brands that were currently on my car were not matching and likely the cause of the road noise while driving as everything else checked out. They were completely fair and honest and did not make up problems or try to up sale me. They even recommend a place to go to get the tires and we’re not haggling me to buy from them. I had bought the car 2 days prior and was nervous I was sold something that needed a huge repair but they assured me that I had a great car and even went over the car fax with me explaining how well it was maintained prior to me buying it. I left feeling relieved and completely happy. If you want a trustworthy place that does great quality work/inspections, this is your place. Moving forward this is the only place I will go anytime I have any car issues!"

"Certified auto services was amazing they diagnosed my vehicle as a second. Opinion showed me exactly what I needed and not try to upsell me. They stated they have a good conscious and moral standing they believe times are tough and if things are not needed to be done they won't try to get it done. They will recommend things if they see it and let you know the severity. They're honest and their prices are very well I am very pleased with the service they provided with me. "I can’t say enough good things about Certified Auto in Crestwood. From the very beginning, they were honest, upfront, and professional. They took the time to clearly explain each step, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure I fully understood what was being done to my car. That kind of communication and transparency is rare in auto repair, and I’m very grateful for it. Before coming here, I went to Christian Brothers, where I was quoted around $4,500 for the same repairs. They also told me my radiator needed to be replaced because it was “brittle” — but they never even performed a pressure test to confirm. Certified Auto did the opposite. They actually tested my cooling system, confirmed my radiator was just fine, and only repaired what was truly needed. They replaced my upper radiator hose and completed a full coolant service for a total of $1,279.89. Not only did they save me thousands, but they gave me total peace of mind knowing the job was done correctly and honestly. I’m extremely thankful to have found a shop that values integrity and customer care this much. If you’re looking for trustworthy, knowledgeable mechanics who will treat you right, Certified Auto is the place to go."
